Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days using USPS Ground Advantage with a standard delivery time of 2-5 business days. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
All drill-DUDE orders under $20 ship with flat rate shipping: We offer $4.99 flat rate shipping to the United States.

Free shipping is included for all drill-DUDE orders over $20.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at support@drill-dudes.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
